Charla A. Meyer
Charla lives in Villa Hills and is a lifelong resident of Kentucky. Under the leadership of a very supportive and highly experienced staff of attorneys, she handles both residential and commercial closings. Charla joined Lange, Quill & Powers, PLC in 1980, and has been a member of the staff for almost 40 years. She attended paralegal classes at Mount St. Joseph University in Delhi, OH.
Buying and selling a property, whether a home or business, is one of the biggest life events for a buyer or seller. From the first time Charla meets our clients to the signing of the final documents, she tries to alleviate stress by answering questions and calming concerns during the closing process. She likes to place a personal touch on each transaction and treat clients as if they are members of her family. Charla finds it rewarding to see the smiles on the faces of our buyers and sellers when the keys are exchanged at the end of a successful closing.
Charla has been a member of the Cincinnati Paralegal Association since 1999. She is honored to be a volunteer paralegal at the pro bono “Wills For First Responders” events held in Kentucky and Ohio, where volunteer attorneys and paralegals give back to the First Responders with free legal advice for wills, living wills, health care proxies, etc. Her heart warms each time she sees how humble and appreciative the First Responders are when receiving the gift that she is able to be a part of a team to help provide for their families.
Charla enjoys walking, playing tennis and golf when she is able, traveling, and dining out with friends. She also enjoys spending time with her two daughters and cheering on the sidelines at her grandchildren’s sporting events.
