SCOTT M. POWERS

Scott M. Powers (Scott) was born in Covington, Kentucky, January 25, 1950. He was admitted to the Kentucky Bar in 1975; the U.S. District Court, Eastern District of Kentucky, and U.S. Court of Appeals, Sixth Circuit, in 1976; and the U.S. Supreme Court in 1984. Scott's education includes the University of Kentucky, where he received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business in 1972, and Tulane University, where he received his Juris Doctor degree in 1975. Scott is currently a member of the Northern Kentucky and Kentucky Bar Associations, the Defense Research Institute, Kentucky Defense Counsel Director, and formerly with the American Inn of Court-Master of the Bench.
