MICHAEL W. FEDERLE

Michael (Mike) was born in Fort Thomas, Kentucky, April 13, 1956. He graduated from Highlands High School in Fort Thomas. In 1978, Mike then received a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Kentucky with Departmental Honors and High Distinction. In 1981, he received his Juris Doctor degree from the University of Kentucky School of Law. In 1986, he received his Master of Business Administration degree, with a concentration in Taxation, from Xavier University in Cincinnati. Mike has practiced since 1981, primarily in the areas of estate planning, probate, real estate matters, business organizations, business issues, banking law, creditor rights and landlord rights. Mike supervises the firm's real estate section and has successfully conducted many closings and 1031 Exchanges from the simple to the complex. Mike is an agent for Stewart Title Guaranty Company, and he is a member of the Northern Kentucky and Kentucky Bar Associations.
With regard to general daily matters, Mike's primary assistant is Tracy. With regard to real estate matters, he is assisted by Charla.
