My practice includes a range of civil litigation matters, with a concentration in creditor’s rights, debt collection, foreclosure litigation, evictions, real estate disputes, probate administration and disputes. I also represent creditors in bankruptcy proceedings and handle matters in state and federal courts in Kentucky and Ohio. I attempt to resolve civil disputes at the earliest opportunity but am prepared to take matters as far as necessary in order to achieve the best result for the client.
I am active in the community. I have served two terms on the Northern Kentucky Bar Association’s Board of Directors. I also serve on the Board of Directors of the Cincinnati Marlins, the Go Norse Fund of Northern Kentucky University Athletics and the Saint Louis University Alumni Association. I am involved in my children’s activities at Blessed Sacrament School in Ft. Mitchell, Kentucky and serve as a soccer and basketball coach.
